Go
Kayaking
The
summer is a wonderful time to explore a bit of the lake by canoe or head
down the Harrison Rive where it tends to be calmer.
When canoeing and kayaking in Harrison Lake its important to remember
that it is 60 km (37.2 mi.) long and 9 km (5.58 mi.) wide in spots,
glacier fed and is subject to sudden and sometimes strong winds.
Go Biking
Harrison is a great location to do some biking. There are a few
mountain biking areas like Hicks and Bench lake. For those
looking for quieter rides head into farm country and tour the Valley.
Better yet combine your bike ride with a few locations form
Circle Farm Tours.
A number are only a few kilometres away and are well worth the trip.

The Hot Springs are
Harrison's namesake. The mineral rich hot springs were originally used
by the Salish Coast Natives who revered them as a "healing place",
arriving by canoe to benefit from their rejuvenating waters. These
healing waters can be enjoyed by all at the Harrison Hot Springs Public
Pool. For more info on the Public Hot Springs pool
